My husband and I came to know Global Ace through their website. We decided to give it a try. Ms. Rietta from Global Ace attended to our enquiry, and she had been really very helpful and understanding. She keeps in touch with me as well as my maid to ensure both parties do not face any issues. Thank you for the good service. Keep it up!

This is my first time hiring a domestic helper, I have no clue regarding the application process but thankfully I have met Mr Moo who has been so professional and helpful, making the entire process so smooth. He provided clear information and gave professional advice in selecting the suitable maid for my family. He answered all my questions patiently and kept me updated during the application process. Most importantly, he provided excellent “after-sales service support” from the moment the maid arrived at our place until now. He follows up from time to time to check if the employer and the maid are good and always make sure both parties are happy. Mr Moo is such a responsible and reliable person. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for domestic helper. I will continue to engage with their service in future.
